Crystal plisse machine is well known for typical scarf pleat pattern. It is tiny and vertical. There are minimum 11 pieces of steel blade shape like a “comb” pushing fabric close to each other and  the steel belt presses these plisse in order for heat setting. Pleated pattern are mostly seen on knicker, skirt, dress, blouse, scarf.

The heating agent could be oil or electric tubes. Custom engineering is available, saying speed, motor quantities, working width.
