The machine is equipped with knife/blade, blanket, upper & lower heating roller to fold the fabric into various pleat patterns. Fabrics are pinched and folded by the upper blade and the lower blade.

The typical patterns are wave patter, bamboo leaf pattern (i.e., shape likes fir) which is also named by Zig-Zag, box pleat (tucks), side (straight flat) pleat or knife pleat, combined pleat, etc.Over ten differed knives are innovated to meet the market needs.

Working width is customized and maximum 3.5m machine delivered successfully for curtain. Shortened machines are available for home use as well.

It is sorted into three configuration by virture of the control unit. Computer controlled machine is capable of more patterns due to the PLC demanding knife/blade to move differently and hence various patterns are created accordingly.
